Can someone PLEASE help me get Flac2mp3 working? I have my Flac music working great with a Squeezebox3. I want to make a copy of my library for a mp3 player. I have downloaded and installed all four files (ActivePerl/flac/lame/flac2mp3)as per Robin's "Installing on Windows" instructions. I believe that flac and lame are on my system path(How do I verify?). My flac library is located on drive D: in a directory called "flacs". Under this are the sub-directories first by Gendre, then by artist, then by album, then by songs. I create a new empty directory "D:\mp3s". In the dos cmd window, I first cd to c:\utils where flac2mp3 is installed. I then issue the dos command:
c:\utils> flac2mp3.pl D:\flacs D:\mp3s Processing directory: D:\flacs -1 flac files found. Sorting...done c:\utils> [waiting for my next command] These messages are immediately returned within a second after the flac2mp3.pl D:\flacs D:\mp3s command is entered.
