Wow, interesting...

I use MediaMonkey to do on-the-fly flac-to-mp3 for my iPod, but I
just got an iPhone which MediaMonkey won't work with. So I am forced
back to iTunes which now only recognizes part of my collection. This
tool might be a viable solution, since the iphone has a reasonably
small capacity and I wouldn't be asking it to transcode a large
number of tracks.
