The CD seemed to rip ok, but the file extensions now show > .wav as the file extension. In the EAC compression options I've checked > "use external program for compression, with .flac as the file extension > and C:\program files\flac\flac.exe as Program including path used for > compression. I guess I must be missing something here, as somehow flac > is no longer the default extension. What other changes did you make to the EAC configuration in addition to the directory option?
Post your 'additional command line options'. If you screw something up then what happens is that EAC will rip to a WAV file (as it always does), then the Flac encoding fails and EAC keeps the WAV files instead of deleting them. Run some more tests. You don't have to rip the whole album - just rip a single track and see what you end up with. -- JJZolx Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=38505 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
