HiPat & Thomsens, Thanks for your kind and prompt reply!! As a music lower it's bit hard for me to align with the MP3 format but in the car and sometimes at home it so convinient to easily pick and chose music but it doesn't took many hours with the squezeebox before I start to think about how to improve the quality on my MP3 files (I have alrady bought good cables to my Squezeebox...). I will check out EAC/LAME combo (I can perhaps come back to this forum when I get stuck in the djungel of settings...)
