That page claims the latest is MP3-Tag-0.9709, but the download link only gets you modules/MP3-Tag-0.92.tar.gz! A little bit of sleuthing gets you to the _'modules_directory' (http://cpan.sunsite.ualberta.ca/authors/id/I/IL/ILYAZ/modules/)_ where you can find 0.9709.
