The problem with all these artwork grabbers, and i have tried them all, is that they use Amazon and more often than not, the Amazon images have a horrible white border. And thats when they find the right cover at all.
So i have given up on them, and now search Amazon/Google myself, download and quickly crop them - then use MP3Tag to embed them. Of course when you just adding a few albums each month, thats fine. But with a huge collection that needs doing from scratch it would take forever. DBpowerAMP gets artwork when you rip a CD, which it gets from the subscription based AMG database which is much better. However, there seems to be no way of accessing it for existing files. Does anyone know of any program other than DBpowerAMP that will use the AMG database and automatically embed artwork? -- autopilot SLIMSERVER: 7.0 APLHA (WINDOWS XP) + ALIENBBC, SLIMSCROBBLER & LAST.FM. *AMP:* CAMBRIDGE AUDIO 640A (LIVING ROOM) / DENON MD30 (BEDROOM). *SPEAKERS:* MISSION 701'S (LIVING ROOM) / KEF CRESTA 1'S (BEDROOM). *REMOTE:* T-MOBILE MDA VARIO / HARMONY 525 (IR) / *BETA TESTING SB DUET X 2 Clients:* 1 Squeezebox 3 + Softsqueeze + Squeezebox Receiver.
