If you're trying to play a DTS CD then the sample rate of the file MUST
be 44.1kHz or it won't play on a CD player.  DTS DVDs are 48kHz.  Once
the audio is decoded in your AV Receiver, it may very well be 96k or
higher, but the file the SB is playing back would be 44.1 or 48k.
