Agree MP3Tag is an essential 1st tool (price is right!) and can do a lot of album art tagging. This was where I started. Now I use Tag&Rename a lot for most of my tagging fixups....although for some functions, MP3tag is still the preferred tool. But for art, tag&rename is better. When I cannot find album art on Amazon (via MP3tag or Tag&Rename), I look to http://www.cdcovers.cc/ Mostly I can find the cover there, although often I have to resize down to say 500x500 pixels. If it's not in cdcovers, then you're down to a google search. Unbelievable how many mobile phone jingle sites you find out there!
