Nope. Expected behavior is six albums, no matter what server options are set at. > I am seeing 6 albums. When I click on the Christmas one, I only see > Elton's song. I sure hope this isn't the expected/correct behaviour. I > mean if I had the Lion King soundtrack (which I don't), I certainly > don't want Elton's Lion King songs showing up under his name. Why not? What if the only recording of 'Crocodile Rock' is on a compilation called 'Super Hits of the 70s'? Wouldn't you expect to be able to find that song under Elton John? I certainly would. The problem is that the compilation option for grouping albums is misworded (or misleading). It has more to do with which artists show up in your artist list and nothing to do with which albums show up for each artist. When "Group compilation albums together" is selected, it just means that artists who have only tracks on compilation albums will not be shown in the artist list. -- JJZolx Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=49649 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
