I tried Max on an iMac running Leopard. I have a 400+ album collection in Flac and Max choked, it took forever for it to read the directly (admittedly on a XP formated USB2 external drive). I had to kill the process. I then created a temp directory with only a couple of albums and even that seem to choke Max. When I stopped that process, the whole machine hung and I couldn't launch any apps eventually having to boot the install disc to run disc utility to clean up.
