Can anyone suggest some software that will run under XP that will do a high quality resample from 44.1 to 48 on FLAC files? I have Audacity but there is a rumoured issue with its resampling algorithm.
I've heard of something called SSRC but not sure if that would work or even what it is? Ideally I'd like something that can resample in batch mode (whole directories) but for now just being able to convert a single FLAC (or wav) file would be helpful.
