Phil, I vote for dbPowerAmp (uses SSRC) too but note that there's a setting needed called "professional frequency conversion" and you only get it when you have the Reference version. It's not SSRC when you don't have Reference version and I'm not even sure it'll work if it's not the Reference version. Can you follow this? I have some trouble expressing myself tonight ;-)
