WAV files do not have tags, so it woud be wise to convert to FLAC. You can then enter tags in the files using a tag editor - the best editor to use would be "Mp3Tag".
If you want to use WAV, you can put them in a particular file path hierarchy (eg. "C:\Music\Artist\Album\Tracknumber - Title.wav"), and use the "Guess Tags" settings in SC to guess the tags from the folder names.
