The easiest thing to do (IMHO) is just to drop the cue sheets and go back to file-per-track. Gapless works, ff/rew works, etc. Makes your life easier with SC and with most other apps as well. But if you have some reason to stick with cue sheets then you'll probably just have to wait, I'm not aware of any obvious work arounds for this right now.
