I rip in EAC and just use all default settings for Flac, which gives a -5 compression level. At this point I set the standard TRACK, ALBUM, ARTIST, GENRE and YEAR tags, which is all EAC can do easily. After ripping I open the album in Mp3tag and add ALBUMARTIST, ARTISTSORT and COMPILATION tags. And DISC and DISCC (disc count) if it's a multi-disc album. If I want multiple artist or genre tags, then this is also done in Mp3tag.
