Yes, it's possible.  With Flac, there are two ways to do it:


  
-  Use a separator, such as a semicolon (;) and put all the genres
  into a single GENRE tag.
  
-  Add multiple GENRE tags to the file.
  

The latter is possible (and generally recommended) in the tagging
system used by Flac, as well as file types like Ogg and Monkeys Audio. 
With other file types, such as Mp3, only the separator approach is
possible.

You'll need a tagging program to edit tags, such as Mp3tag (
http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ ) or Tag & Rename (
http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm ).
