Options >> MetaData & ID Tags  and uncheck Disc Number.

You were doing Rip as One? when burst ripping then asysnc encoding is
done (on upto 4 CPUs), if secure ripping then encoding is done once the
track is ripped (the next track will rip whilst encoding asysnc), it
cannot be done before that as additional work might be required to get
it secure.
