Hello all -- Background: I bought an SB3 about two years ago, and ripped my CDs using EAC/LAME, and did some rudimentary tagging via MP3tag. At the time, I did not do much fixing of the freedb-suggested tags, nor did I download cover art. (Our twins were two months old at the time, so spare minutes were in short supply.)
My wonderful wife just bought me a Controller for Xmas, so I am rediscovering a lot of music that had been "lost" -- the Controller makes browsing so much easier! Also, I just got a copy of dbpoweramp to rip some CDs that had accumulated over the past few months, and I love it. The default suggested tags are just fine most of the time + it gets cover art automatically -- something I did not care about before, but which I do like now that I have a Controller. Question: Can I use dbpoweramp -- or some other program -- to re-tag old ripped files and/or download cover art? (Preferably as a batch, rather then one at a time.) Or must I re-rip everything with dbpoweramp? Thanks in advance for the help. -- pdorsey ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pdorsey's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6158 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57232 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
