Yep, just found out the hard way... spent several hours last setting ALBUMSORTORDER tags, let SC do a rescan overnight, checked things this AM to find no change. That's when it hit me: I should have worked the ARTISTSORT tags.
D'oh! I'm using MP3tag. It indeed gives an Excel-like spreadsheet view. However, it doesn't let me operate columnwise.
