Thanks all I did some experiments.
When not embedding the art work in the .flac files, but only adding a .gif to the folder: it works! When embedding the art work in all .flac files, it works when the embedded art work type is PNG, but it doesn't work when type is JPG. I used the 'Jaikoz alias' tool to add the art work to the .flac files. I really do not know why some end up as embedded PNG and others end up as embedded JPG. But only when it is PNG, it works ok. So I do not know if this is a bug of the 'Jaikoz alias' tool, or a bug of SqueezeCenter. All I know is when removing all the embedded art work, leaving the .gif art work in each album folder, it works. So I will have to remove them, which is a lot of work :-( By the way, when looking with some other tool inside the .flac files (media Range alias), I do not see the JPG type artwork, but the PNG types I can see.
