Been experimenting with DBPowerAmp... Quite impressive... I like it a lot...
So it appears that I need to purchase the licensed version if I want to do FLAC to MP3 encoding, right? Or is it possible to install my own MP3 encoder to get around the licensing costs? I know that it uses LAME...but I have the free version of LAME...couldn't I just install that somehow? And I guess the other option, especially since this is really just transcoding for playing on a portable iPod would be to encode in AAC instead of MP3? -- MikeekiM SqueezeCenter Running on HP EX485 MediaSmart Server (WHS) - 1 SqueezeBox Duet - 4 SqueezeBox Booms ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MikeekiM's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19937 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=64731 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
