I recently split up my library into a set of FLACs that I play on my Squeezeboxen, and a set of m4a's that I import into iTunes and use for my iPods. As a consequence, I turned off iTunes integration for Squeezecenter. However, I really miss the capability of iTunes to create playlists, I really dislike the one-song-at-a-time Squeezecenter web playlist creation, etc. So I'm looking for some good playlist creation SW for MacOS X.
I've tried Steve Booth's Play; OK except I can't figure out how to export a playlist to where Squeezecenter can find it. I tried Songbird, same issue. aTunes needs a lot of supporting SW that I don't want to install. At this point, I'm thinking about using MediaMonkey on a Windows virtual machine, then writing a Python script to convert the paths in the m3u file into Mac paths, but I thought I'd ask the community here what they do. Any ideas? Thanks in advance... -- kmr ------------------------------------------------------------------------ kmr's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10664 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=73007 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
