Keep in mind; a mostly full and messy CD bookshelf makes a good acoustic room treatment also.
I'm getting close to a turning point where about 1/2 of my 12k track library is strictly digital. Since even the best backup strategy has flaws, I get worried about not having a "hard copy". Granted, if the house goes up in flames I doubt I'd even consider trying to drag 80lb trunks of CDs out the door. ... but I may consider grabbing the 1.2TB back up drive especially since it has every picture I've taken in the last 6 years on it as well as my music. Back to the OPs OT: as mentioned above HDtracks.com is one of my favorites. MusicGiants is a pain, but if you can locate what you want I think it'll work well for you. iTrax and Linn are somewhere in between the other two. -- kphinney -I like it, you may not.
