dbpoweramp allows you to rip to one without much effort. I did this with my own copy of Abbey Road...simply check the tracks you want to combine, and check the appropriate box (sorry I can't remember the specific drop-down menu, if there is one...it's been awhile since I've used it and I'm not on that computer at the moment).
Easy, flawless rip.
