Pierre, I've added a comment to that 'bug 9480' (http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9480). This is easily reproduced.
The problem is that in retrieving the albums for a given artist, all contributor roles are being pulled, ignoring the options under Settings > My Music > Composer, Band and Orchestra in Artists.
