OK, I think I've sussed why the artwork scanning wasn't working. Prior to loading SBS 7.5.2 I installed SSOTS 4.9.1 but when I reverted back to SBS 7.5.0 I kept this version of SSOTS.
I decided to try moving forwards again to 7.5.2 and lo and behold, my artwork has scanned and reappeared on both the web ui and Duet controller! Seems that there was a 'disconnect' between SSOTS 4.9.1 and SBS 7.5.0 Fingers crossed it will be trouble-free going forwards!
