Whatever you rip with, once ripped use Mp3Tag for tagging and Album Art Downloader to find the best art for your needs. IMHO there is no one stop app to do everything perfectly. These two work well for me. I use Easy CD-DA for ripping btw and rip everything into flac. I only use other formats where I don't have the original or don't have a choice.
