I know I've said it ad nauseum here but even if only going forward I really recommend checking out the images at www.albumartexchange.com. They pride themselves in really high quality artwork and have a rapidly-expanding collection of covers in 600x600 (with a lot of 800x800 and 1000x1000 being added as well lately).
