I use dbPoweramp, and it can convert FLAC to ALAC too.

That was not the issue though - when I last posted in this thread there
was an issue with Squeezebox Server not being able to handle 24/44.1
ALAC files.
I've just converted a 24/44.1 FLAC file over to ALAC, and now have it
playing on my Touch, so the playback issue has been solved.

I'm using 7.6.1 running on XP Pro.
