I have the same USB Apple and just copied all of the FLAC files to my server drive. They play fine!! The other thing you may need to do is to rename each piece of COVER ART to simply read cover.jpg instead of the album title. This way, SqueezeServer will certainly see it. Remember that the USB also has 320k MP3s to play on anything else, so there really shouldn't be any reason to transcode anything. Enjoy!
