1. Changes to the convert.conf file should hjave been done using a separate file called custom-convert.conf. Delete or rename this file (no .conf ending). If convert.conf has been edited - you must revert back to original version.
2. In WebUI Setting/Advanced/Filetype - enable all settings especially the settings which have "Native".
