Interesting. I did put the two \ there, but the forum software must have stripped one. Otherwise, yes the actions are relatively basic... sometimes so basic that I forget they are there thus my post before. I do think in some simple cases it would be nice to just have a find and replace since it can be more work to edit an action to replace when the replacement is different, but that is a quibble with MP3tag not for here. And to another response regarding what is used as a separator; it doesn't matter really matter for LMS. I've only had issues because LMS cannot do everything (e.g. syncing files to external players), and I use MediaMonkey to manage my collection as catalog. I digress here, but MediaMonkey seems to hiccup at multiple tags and separators (more because of the various tag types, mp3 vs. flac). That also leads to questions of why use that software, but I've not found anything better from a more permanent cataloging and collection management standpoint as it's quite customizable without the effort needed with a program like FooBar (which may work). If someone knows of something better, I'd be all "ears" (or eyes in this case). LMS is great, but it definitely isn't for music management. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ emalvick's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35382 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108047 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
