It isn't the multiple entries in the same tag on its own. It's a
combination of multiple entries in the same tag (mp3's usually) and
multiple entries over multiple tags (FLAC). Generally, I find
MediaMonkey is a little buggy with MP3 files and their tags, but I've
been slowly trying to replace all my mp3 files with FLAC files. Or, if
I don't deem getting the FLAC worth it, I delete the files (and get rid
of the original CDs even). In some cases, I'll add the album to my
collection in Spotify, but I already have too much music.
