The vorbis-tools package is available for piCore. I quite like the idea of OGG Vorbis. It was supported by my first MP3 player (an iRiver iHP-140), and I remember having the impression that OGG had a slight edge over MP3, at lower bit rates anyway, and started to build my digital music collection around OGG. Once I discovered Squeezebox, it was great that OGG was supported, but I then switched to FLAC, and settled on whole-album FLAC + CUE as my storage format.
