Hi Terry, The easiest thing to do is setup a drop box. If you log into rdadmin and go to edit hosts. You'll find a drop boxes button under each host that you have. Simply give it a path, pattern and group to import then drop all your songs in that directory.
Depending on what Prophet can give you, you probably won't get all the intro markers etc imported with it though. I have had some success parsing XML files that my old system provides and then having a program manipulate Rivendell's database directly to save some of the work but its quite a hacked piece of software (I didn't bother with all the interfaces/code comments and the like which would have made it easier to translate to different XML formats/field names).
