Just one more thing, the red box are usually xrun errors (except your error messages aren't matching up). Usually xruns are reported with the number of milliseconds that the audio was delayed for and depending on how long this delay was, you might be able to hear an audio glitch. The only way around this is to tweak your jack settings to be higher latency so that theres more of a buffer if/when things go wrong.
Having said that on system startup with everything churning away, its not unusual to get xruns but at that point you're unlikely to be broadcasting anyway.
