Hi,

I just ran into this same issue - voice tracks are not deleting from the
system. My Rivendell 2.1.1 test box shows this
issue.

Since it is a test box, I decided to roll back to Rivendell 1.7.2 to confirm
how things worked there (since it has been
reported that the issue also exists on the 2.0.2 build).

In 1.7.2 if you delete a log from rdlogedit which has voicetracks in it, a
second question comes up saying it will
delete the voice tracks, and there is an ok and a cancel option. If you hit OK
it'll delete the voicetrakcs and they
won't be in rdlibrary any more. Similarly if you delete an individual
voicetrack from a log it'll delete the voicetrack
from rdlibrary.

On 2.1.1 the same does not occur. When deleting a log it'll delete the log,
but the second box warning about the VT's
never comes up and it leaves all the VT's in the library. Similarly if you
delete an individual VT from a log, it won't
delete the corresponding VT from the library, it'll leave it there.

Unfortunately running RDDBCheck doesn't kill the VT's either.

Thanks,

Lorne Tyndale
