I am really with "Don't Know What to Do" mode ON...
For a first time say when I try to delete or edit markers on RDLibrary
say "Unable to delete Audio!" and Marks say: "Unable to download
peak data, error was: ["Invalid URL"] and with Red font {"No Energy
Data"}"[curious that cart plays but does not show the waveform, and
meters works]
I configured httpd and put the files into the folder at /var/httpd/
now is totally different "No Energy Data" disappear, but now shows a
saturated wave form, and say Unable to download peak data, error was:
["RDXport service returned an error"].
on httpd logs folder I put what them say...

I really don't understand wheres the files that left or the permission....
