I'm having the same problem, but the Qt4 development package isn't installed:

$> sudo apt-get remove libqt4-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libqt4-dev is not installed, so not removed
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

I don't even see the Qt4 libraries (I'm using Lubuntu 11.10):

$> ls /usr/lib/*qt*
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.la
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.prl
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.so
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.3
/usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.3.8

/usr/lib/qt3:
plugins

Philippe, were you able to resolve this issue?

Thanks,
   -Scott
