As for Powergold, I have tried using Standard Automation, but don't think it's exporting properally or Rivendell is just not reading it correctly. When I click on "Test Music" in service editor, I don't get any errors it just does nothing. To manually setup a format, determine which columns and how wide they need to be to match the import format. In PG, go to Automation > Setup and select Standard Automation Output as the automation system. You will be able to define the file format in the Field Setup box on the right.
