I've had the rdimport not found message appear when loading the services on occasion. As you noticed everything seems to work fine, I just assumed it was some weird startup message that wasn't suppressed before everything gets loaded properly. I'd mark it as nothing to worry about but I don't fully understand the nuts and bolts.
