Hey all,
We are on-site installing a Rivendell system, and we are able to
import WAV files just fine from any of the import methods (rdimport,
rdlibrary, etc.) but MP3's give us an error immediately despite RD being
configured for MPEG Decoding. The error is basic, it says "RDXport service
returned an error". Can anyone help us while we're here?
