This card was end-of-lifed by ASI almost half a decade ago due to hardware 
incompatibilities with modern motherboard chipsets.  You can find the

Hence the ASI driver shipped with Broadcast Appliance does not support this or 
any of the other ASI4xxx series cards.  While one could in theory (assuming one 
had compatible mobo hardware) downgrade the driver to the last version that 
supported that card (v3.08.06), doing so would also require recompiling the 
entire Rivendell software stack as well due to differences in the library ABI 
between the two ASI drivers.  My recommendation would be to use a more 
up-to-date ASI card.
