Is it possible to amend or add
--create-startdate-offset=<days>
--create-enddate-offset=<days>
so that we can put in a starttime and more essentially an end time
format yymmddhhmm works to allow spread over days
this only needs to be in the command line version.
Have looked at the cartchunk option but it's going no where for us.
