check rdadmin>Services>Edit services [Production is default]
and the log template name 
which may be 
%d%m%Y

or some other.. It has to be something

and check that 'hostname is set in rdadmin>manage hosts to be the same
as the actual hostname

[key 'hostname'<enter> in terminal and get the name you are now]

helps to know version [1.x, 2.x] and platform because there are a few
differences in execution but that should get you there
