Gentlemen: Good evening from Pennsylvania where I am working with my local
church to upgrade its single stream of internet broadcasting to work with
Rivendell. I am not a stranger to broadcast automation (having lived through
everything from Control Design Corp to Visual Traffic), but I am beating myself
up trying to find the one action I'm missing in attempting to produce a final
log.

I've built EVENTS into HOURS and then constructed a simple GRID; however, when
I go to generate a new log, I'm told that it "already exists". RDLogEdit begs
to differ showing only the 2 supplied ones (SAMPLE, and TEST). So I tell the
program to REgenerate for the desired date anyways. The timer turns and the
"no problems" message pops up. But when I look again in LogEdit, there's still
nothing there to load.

I've re-read what appear to be the relevant portions of the manual to see what
I'm missing, but so far NO-good. Seems like I should have told the system
WHERE to put logs or HOW to label logs, but maybe there's something more basic
that I've missed. I'd love to get moved over to Rivendell by Christmas if I
could just generate something that would execute. But there is no rush. This
is a volunteer project for my local church.
