Greetings, Have you set up the rd.ini file correctly with ip, user, name of mysql server? Have you given the workstation ip address permission to access the mysql server. This is done either on a open basis % on a subset basis 192,168.1.? or on a individual ip basis These can also be set differently for each username. SEE Mysql GRANT commands. My guess is the that workstation in question weather it be window or linux doesn't have the correct permissions assuming you have the rd.ini file correct.
