Volume Logic is pretty old now, it became Octiv, then on to Breakaway Broadcast
processor/live etc... In saying that, I know old software is still handy, I use
an older but free MBL4 stand-alone processor that John Burnill (programmer
which I think had stuff to do with Inovonics once) released free after years of
licensing required. It's hard to come across though now.

I'm not clever enough to know how to use Jack or network audio (I've played a
little with Axia livewire and Audioscience Cobranet but haven't had to install
any of it) so I just SPDIF (to broke for AES/EBU) between Rivendell and Windows
when playing with processing/streaming. Do your cards have SPDIF in and out by
any chance?

Cheers,
Gavin.

perhaps it's my mail server at my end.
