 If memory serves, Orban has a free loudness meter that complies with
 several standards. The source isn't open, but I suspect if you ask nice,
 Bob might share. ( or possibly allow a wrapper, or some such )
 If there's one thing you can count on, Bob Orban does it right !
 ( unless he disagrees with Frank Foti, in which case more than likely,
 they are both more right than the rest of us )

 Failing that, the multiple standards isn't necessarily a bad idea.
 ( in case you never noticed, I like selectable options )
