I've made sure groups are set to include in music reports. I've created a generic report in rdadmin and selected all events and music and traffic log. Set output to text.
I've set Linux path to /home/rduser/%y%m%d.txt I've been generating logs in rdlogmanager but when I click on manage reports it does nothing. No other screen comes up, no file in rduser home directory. What am I missing? When I click on create logs the date window pops up. I have a feeling a long time ago it would put the dates a log was already created in bold but it doesn't anymore. I also set available service and host over to the sources area in rdamin-manage reports. Still no report output. Red library says the Audio has been played dozens of time with lat played stats. But I can't for the life of me get rdlogmanager to generate a report. There's nothing under service or oldest report in the rivendell services screen and the only two options I have is generate reports or purge data. Both do nothing. Hmmmmmm I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing but that's all I can think of.
